i will always be the person who went to the grocery store in cigarette-burned pajamas every day for five months

i will always be the person who wanted to die and didn’t

i will always be the person who lost twenty pounds
in one month and i will always be the person who gained it back

i will always be the person who decided, while crying
in the passenger seat of your car, to be better

i will always be the person who paused when you first said “i love you”
just to take the moment in

i will always be the person who survived the unsurvivable i will always be the person who fought like hell for it

Do you guys remember in Halloween Town II when the bad guy turned everyone into their costume at a party (like if you were dressed like a witch you would actually turn into one) well what if that happened at a cosplay convention

The Greatest Venom Cosplay You’ll Ever See

I honestly don’t think we’ll ever see another Venom cosplay that can top this. Adam Jay of Superhero Photography recently took these photos of a woman being taken over by Marvel’s beloved alien symbiote for a photoshoot, and it’s probably one of the most impressive cosplays I’ve ever seen achieved. The secret of the Venom costume? It’s liquid latex. Check out more photos in the gallery over here, via Superhero Photography’s official site.

Wash away the bad thoughts,
Cleanse your body,
Put on some relaxing music,

The Egyptian Mona Lisa

I never get bored of people playing around with DaVinci’s, especially when non-Western artists provide their own take on the ever-mysterious painting that is the Mona Lisa.

Here, Egyptian illustrator FaTma WaGdi places herself wearing a hijab in her digital rendition of this 16th century portrait, poking fun at the expressionless original subject.
